Weyerhaeuser made the company’s first charitable contribution in 1903 and founded the Weyerhaeuser Company Foundation in 1948.
In the wake of Hurricane Katrina, Weyerhaeuser volunteers repaired, rebuilt, or built homes for more than 50 employees, retirees, and other community members, volunteering more than 45,000 hours.
