Employee Involvement

To grow is to cultivate. That's why we invest in our communities. When they grow stronger, we all benefit. Volunteers—whether employees, retirees, friends, or family members—are making our communities better places to work and live.

Weyerhaeuser encourages employees to volunteer in our communities and supports their volunteer efforts. In 2007, 10,273 Weyerhaeuser employee volunteers, family and friends completed more than 318 projects and contributed nearly 119,000 volunteer hours.
